Announcement January 17, 2008

We announced in late 2007 that we are in negotiations with a OTCBB company for possible merger. The talks continue, slow but positive. Issues that we are dealing with the potential merger partner are - discussions with regard to reorganization of their debt, before ISBL would even enter into any formal agreement. Also the company must forward additional due diligence to us for review by our attorneys and accountants. We are also preparing our accounting through 12-31-07 for audit.
With this being said, just yesterday, we were approached by another suitor and will begin exploring this opportunity next week.

To The Board of ISE BLU EQUITY CORP

I am writing to thank you for the opportunity as a Consultant with your company and to our joint venture - Central Park North Worldwide Events.

I do appreciate and applaud the Board's decision with regard to a freeze on funding and that each subsidiary secure their own cash flow to prevent any dilution of the stock. But unfortunately, with our situation, our needs are bit different short term and we need to move in a different direction.

As we are not subsidiary, CPN needs to branch out on their own, and under our new structure as I will still continue to work with Steve Lane, Joyce Sims and Doctor Dre on upcoming projects, I am excited about the upcoming tour with Doctor Dre and Joyce Sims as well as the planned Event DVD releases with Steve Lane.

This will be an excited year for everyone and again I want to thank you for the opportunity.
